Our journey begins with the careful selection of premium green lumber, sourced responsibly from sustainable forests. This raw material undergoes a rigorous process of drying in our state-of-the-art kilns, where precise temperature and humidity controls ensure optimal moisture content for superior stability and durability.
We begin by meticulously grading incoming green lumber to meet our stringent standards, ensuring only the finest materials proceed to our controlled drying process.
After drying, the lumber is planned for smoothness and flatness, crucial for strong glue bonds and structural integrity. It's then cut into sticks and thoroughly inspected for imperfections, guaranteeing only flawless pieces proceed.
The sticks undergo careful gluing and pressing to form panels, with periodic quality checks ensuring top-notch craftsmanship and durability throughout the process.
Once formed, panels are precision-cut to meet customer specifications and coated for added protection against cracks, ensuring longevity and resilience even in demanding environments.
Every panel undergoes tolerance planning and stringent quality checks before leaving our facility. For added convenience, we offer storage with atmospheric controls, ensuring superior quality upon delivery to our valued customers.
